With nearly 20 years of experience in start-up projects, Lulu has demonstrated expertise in implementing processes and decision-making. Having started their career in a warehouse environment, they progressed through roles at Vodacom and now serve as the National Customer Service Manager at RAM Hand to Hand Couriers, where they also address various operational issues.
