Stephen Litz

Stephen Litz, CPA, CMA, CFM, CGMA, PMP, is currently the Director of Internal Audit and Reporting at Ramaco Resources, Inc., where they focus on building the internal audit department and developing policies to mitigate material weaknesses. From 2013 to 2021, they served as the Director of Accounting at Olin Chlor Alkali Products, where they also held the role of Interim Controller during a critical merger period. Stephen's prior experience includes positions such as Vice President of Accounting & Controller at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands and Chief Financial Officer at Thacker and Associates. They earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Virginia Highlands Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Accounting from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
