He is a results-oriented, hands-on professional with over 25 years of expertise in A/E Design, Construction Management, and Site Acquisition. He is known for a proactive approach to addressing issues that may interfere with efficient and timely implementations of a client’s schedule. Tom has developed customized design solutions and directed the implementation of thousands of innovative projects for major clients.
