Helen Shute is a seasoned arts administrator with a wealth of experience in the dance and theatre sectors. Since March 2017, Helen has served as Chief Executive and Executive Producer at Rambert, where notable achievements include the establishment of Rambert2, a prestigious ensemble for emerging international dancers, and the successful recruitment of a new Artistic Director in 2018. Prior to Rambert, Helen held the position of Chief Operating Officer at House Productions from 2015 to 2017 and served as Executive Director at Hofesh Shechter Company Ltd from 2008 to 2015. Additional experience includes roles as Programming Associate at The Place and Project Manager for the Working Dance Festival. Helen Shute holds a Master's degree in Musical Theatre from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Dance Theatre from Trinity Laban.
