Charles Brodsky

COO & Director of Asset Management at Rambleside

Charles Brodsky joined Rambleside in 2015 as its Chief Operating Officer and Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management. Mr. Brodsky leads Rambleside’s efforts in identifying opportunities to create value by acquiring and repositioning commercial properties. With a focus on driving both operating efficiencies and revenue, Mr. Brodsky oversees Rambleside’s entire multi-family business, encompassing over 1,000 units across numerous communities. Since joining Rambleside, Mr. Brodsky has completed major value-add capital projects, including the multi-million dollar renovation of Alden Place. Mr. Brodsky has been involved in a variety of property and capital markets transactions throughout the country while leading Rambleside’s acquisitions activities.

Prior to Rambleside, Mr. Brodsky was with COR Clearing LLC, where he worked in the Business Development Department focusing on new client acquisitions, capital infusion projects and relationship management. Mr. Brodsky is a graduate of Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
