Carmella Tebbutt

Carmella Tebbutt is an experienced ecologist currently employed at Ramboll since September 2025. Previously, Carmella held the position of ecologist at Temple from March 2022 to October 2025, where responsibilities included conducting protected species surveys and managing office tasks. Prior experience includes a role as an assistant ecologist at Temple, where duties involved reptile translocation, bat activity transects, and badger sett monitoring among other research activities. Additionally, Carmella worked as a research assistant at Miracles by Design Limited in the sustainable construction sector, focusing on innovation research and administrative support. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainability & Ecology from the Centre for Alternative Technology and a BSc (Hons) in Ecology and Wildlife Conservation from the University of Portsmouth, complemented by a Foundation Degree in Animal Science from the University of Brighton.
