Casey Dembowski

Casey Dembowski, MFA, currently serves as the Communications Manager for Ramboll, where responsibilities include supporting business enablement, change management, and executive communications for over 2,000 hybrid employees across the Americas, alongside developing a data-driven employee engagement strategy. Prior experience includes a role as Communications Specialist at Manhattanville College, where contributions involved internal communications, marketing, and media relations, as well as directing the production of Manhattanville Magazine. Earlier professional experience as a Sports Reporter for The Journal News involved covering local high school sports and managing real-time updates across social media platforms. Dembowski holds a Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from St. John's University.
