Colleen O'Connell is a skilled Coastal Engineer currently working with the US Army Corps of Engineers since 2022 and also serves as a Senior Coastal Engineer at Ramboll beginning in 2025. Previously, Colleen held positions at Colliers Engineering & Design as a Senior Water Resources Engineer and was a Coastal Engineer at the USACE Buffalo District from 2008 to 2021.
