Daniel Young is a Lead Consultant in Acoustics at Ramboll, where they lead projects focused on environmental noise assessments and acoustical specification. Previously, they worked as an Acoustic Consultant at Salas O'Brien, specializing in room acoustics and noise control. Daniel has also served as a Staff Engineer at Ostergaard Acoustical Associates, addressing community noise evaluation and sound system design. They gained initial experience as a Production Intern at Purdue Convocations and held various roles at Aptiv, including Hardware Verification Engineer. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Engineering from Purdue University and is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Acoustics at Penn State University.
