David Pullinger

David Pullinger, CEng MIMechE, currently serves as Chief Consultant at Ramboll since December 2023. Previously, David was Sector Lead - Renewables Performance at RINA from May 2020 to November 2023, overseeing the Renewables Performance Team and advising financial institutions on wind farm acquisition risks. From May 2017 to May 2020, David worked at Lloyd's Register as Technical Lead, managing the Energy Resource Services team and liaising with the Innovation and Technology team. David's earlier experience includes roles as Technical Manager and Project Manager at Wind Prospect, where responsibilities included implementing R&D plans, training staff, and conducting wind resource assessments. David also completed summer placements at SSE Renewables and Airtricity, focusing on flow model accuracy and wind resource assessment. David earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, following attendance at The Skinners' School.
