Dirk Bendlin

Dr. Ing. Dirk Bendlin is a seasoned professional in the offshore wind industry, currently serving as Team and Competence Group Lead and Senior Chief Project Manager at Ramboll since October 2017, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects. An expert in project management, Dirk Bendlin has held significant roles including Discipline Owner PM in CG01 and Chief Project Manager. Dirk Bendlin's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg, where studies commenced in October 2016 and are expected to conclude in January 2024. Prior experience includes positions as a research associate at Fraunhofer IWES, CEO of Optimalis UG, and several project management roles at Siemens AG. Dirk Bendlin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering/Sales and Purchasing and a Diploma in Engineering in Production Technologies from FH Kiel.
