Ditte Andersen is currently the Head of HR Denmark at Ramboll, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Global HR Business Partner and participated in various HR and rewards-related positions within the company. Ditte earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields, both from Copenhagen Business School.
