Grace Rigby is a dedicated social performance specialist and postgraduate researcher with a strong focus on managing social risks associated with major infrastructure projects. With international experience across over 25 countries, Grace has contributed to diverse sectors, including mining, renewables, and transport, emphasizing social and human rights risk assessments and stakeholder engagement. Currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the University of Aberdeen, exploring environmental and social sustainability in Kalaallit Nunaat’s critical minerals sector, Grace collaborates with the University of Copenhagen to advance this critical research. Previously, Grace held positions as a senior consultant at RSK Group and a principal consultant at Ramboll, showcasing a commitment to upholding international standards of social sustainability. Grace earned a BA Hons in Geography with International Study and an MSc in International Development from the University of Manchester.
