Hunter Alderman

Hunter Alderman is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in managing various engineering and construction projects. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Ramboll since November 2024, Hunter previously held similar roles at Leading Edge Design Group from January 2023 to November 2024, where responsibilities included developing reports for executive leadership and collaborating on sustainable technology designs. Prior experience includes senior project management at C&F Steel Design Inc., focusing on structural and ornamental steel projects, and at Advance Security Safe & Lock, overseeing large-scale security system implementations for government facilities. Hunter's career began with project management at Carpentry Unlimited, managing residential renovations. Currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Engineering Technology at CT State Norwalk, Hunter also holds a high school diploma from Stamford High School.
