John Armitage

John Armitage is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, currently serving as the Technical Director at Ramboll UK's Transport group. With extensive experience leading design teams on significant infrastructure projects, they have contributed to notable schemes including the Clyde Waterfront and Renfrew Riverside Scheme and the Winterstoke Bridge Replacement. Their leadership in the development of offsite manufactured bridges has pushed the boundaries of innovation in civil engineering. John was also the Chairman of the South East England Region of the Institution of Civil Engineers and is an active member of the Industrial Advisory Board at the University of Southampton. They earned a Master of Engineering from the University of Oxford.
