Lars Bagger Hviid has extensive experience in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) leadership, holding positions such as Head of HSSEQ at Maersk Supply Service and currently serving as Head of HSEQ for Transportation & Water at Ramboll since 2025. Lars previously worked as a Human Factors Lead at Maersk Drilling and held the position of Organizational Psychologist at Danfoss. Additionally, Lars was a Graduate Research Assistant at Aarhus University from 2003 to 2009. With ongoing education, Lars is pursuing a PhD in Medicine and has completed both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology at Aarhus University and Brunel University London.
