Laura Reesby

Laura Reesby is a motivated and resilient leader with two decades of experience guiding teams and projects across the public, private, and charity sectors. At Ramboll, they serve as the Senior Strategic Pursuits Manager, leading the strategy and delivery of multinational tender submissions. Previously, Laura held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations at Quest Africa and Director of Training for the Army Air Corps, where they focused on diversity and inclusion. A graduate of the University of York and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Laura combines empathy with accountability, fostering environments where individuals thrive and grow.
