MacKenzie Ring

MacKenzie Ring is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong background in compliance and systems management. Currently serving as the Human Resources US Compliance and Systems Specialist at Ramboll since May 2025, MacKenzie previously held a series of progressively responsible roles at Amerit Fleet Solutions from August 2019 to May 2025, culminating in the position of Senior Human Resources Compliance Manager. Notable achievements include the launch of the Employee 2025 Handbook and earning five promotions within the organization. Earlier experience includes roles such as Human Resources Generalist at Indiegogo, where payroll management and streamlined processes were key contributions, and a similar position at POWr. MacKenzie holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
