Mark Skelton

Mark Skelton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental assessment and project management. As the Global Director of Impact Assessment, Biodiversity & Ecosystems at Ramboll since May 2025, Mark leads initiatives at a global scale. Previously, Mark served as the Chief Executive Officer at Temple from August 2013 until its acquisition by Ramboll in October 2025, successfully driving the company's rebranding and transformation into a unified entity. Mark's earlier role as Director at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure involved overseeing a 120-person team specializing in Environmental Impact Assessment and managing multi-disciplinary projects. Mark holds a Master of Science in Landscape Ecology, Design & Management from Imperial College London and has completed postgraduate research focused on the water environment at the University of Southampton, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Leeds.
