Michael Karch

Michael Karch is a seasoned engineering professional with significant experience in the floating wind sector. Since January 2013, Michael has been with Ramboll, currently serving as the Senior Chief Engineer Floating Wind, where responsibilities include leading technical developments related to floating wind technologies. Prior to this role, Michael held several engineering positions at IMS Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH and Germanischer Lloyd AG, starting as a Project Engineer and progressing through various engineering roles. Michael's academic foundation in Naval Architecture was established at Hamburg University of Technology, where a Diploma was earned from 2005 to 2011.
