Miranda Neimi

Miranda Neimi is a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Ramboll since March 2023, actively involved in collaborating with stakeholders to source top talent globally for the engineering, design, and consultancy firm. Previously, Miranda worked as a Credit Controller at Ricoh UK for a brief period and held roles in customer experience management at K - Mail Order GmbH & Co. KG, and as a Human Resources Assistant Manager at TRG. Early career experiences include hospitality positions at Cirque le Soir and The London Reign Showclub, a substitute teaching role at Grorud skole, customer support for the Norwegian Cheerleading and Dance Committee, and a brief acting role in the film "Jørgen + Anne = Sant." Miranda earned a Bachelor's degree in Film and Digital Media Production from Regent's University London between 2017 and 2020.
