Morten Dalsgaard

Morten Dalsgaard serves as the Head of Industry & Infrastructure Facilities and Head of Office in Aalborg at Rambøll, where they oversee approximately 150 employees and are responsible for business and strategy development, as well as personnel and budget management. With over 25 years of experience in the consulting industry, Morten has held various roles including Project Manager and Engineer at multiple firms, and has been an external lecturer at Aalborg University since 2013. Morten earned a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Aalborg University and completed a Mini MBA in Leadership at Aros Business Academy in 2019, currently participating in a Board Programme at ConsilioNexus Academy.
