Neil Ward

Neil Ward has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, having held senior roles in various organizations since 2005. At DFDS, Neil contributed to the development of Group Procurement and enhanced managed spend through effective category management and stakeholder engagement. At ROCKWOOL Group, Neil was responsible for strategic sourcing of supply chain IT systems and led initiatives that achieved significant cost savings. Neil also managed reverse logistics at XPO Logistics and transformed loss-making e-commerce contracts into profitable ventures. In more recent roles, Neil served as Head of Procurement & Supply Chain at Maersk Tankers and currently holds the position of Head of Procurement & Contracts at Ramboll, focusing on best practices and effective procurement strategies. Throughout this career, Neil has demonstrated a commitment to driving improvements in organizational efficiency and sustainability.
