Patrick Gilly

Patrick Gilly currently serves as Global Director of Energy Transition and Global Spearhead Director of Energy Field Development at Ramboll since September 2021. In addition to this role, Patrick holds board membership at SubC Partner and is a member of Réseau Entreprendre Bruxelles, both positions established in 2020. Previous experience includes partnership at C&S Partners, executive advisory for the Oil & Gas sector at Boston Consulting Group, and founding Aquarius C&I. Patrick's leadership roles at Total and Maersk Oil involved managing complex North Sea assets, implementing organizational transformations, and launching strategic initiatives. Patrick's educational background includes an EMBA from ESCP Business School and advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering and Fluid Mechanics from esteemed institutions.
