Pralay Roy is an accomplished marine and coastal engineer with extensive experience in structural design and project management. Between 2015 and 2017, Pralay worked as a Senior Engineer at WorleyParsons, focusing on the tender design for marine works at the Tuas Western Coast. Prior experience includes roles at L&T Ltd. as a Senior Design Engineer, where contributions were made to the Goa Shipyard Limited Modernization Plan and Chemplast Sanmar Limited projects, as well as at Royal HaskoningDHV as a Maritime Structural Engineer, providing design solutions for shipyard structures in Indonesia. Pralay has held leadership positions at Ramboll, initially as a Lead Marine Engineer overseeing the Dover Western Dock Revival project and currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead.
