Reid Maynard

Reid Maynard is a Lead Consultant at Ramboll, with a focus on sustainability assessments from June 2025. Reid previously served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Colorado State University, conducting Life Cycle Assessment and Techno-Economic Assessment in the Department of Mechanical Engineering while modeling the sustainability of agricultural technologies. Experience includes a Life Cycle Assessment Internship at ASPIRE sustainability, where Reid improved plastics recycling modeling, as well as an Improve Engineer role at ExxonMobil, developing refinery improvement projects. Reid's background also includes process engineering work at New Belgium Brewing and various academic roles, including tutoring and founding a national society for LGBT students in STEM at Colorado State University. Reid holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Colorado State University, along with a minor in Mathematics and a Graduate Certificate in Carbon Management.
