Rob Richards

Rob Richards, P.E. is a Senior Resident Engineer at Ramboll since January 2019, following the integration of OBG into Ramboll. In this role, Rob has served as the Resident Engineer for the construction phase of the Clarksburg Elevated Water Storage Facility in Clarksburg, MD, overseeing the development of a 1-million gallon composite style elevated water storage tank. Prior to this, Rob worked as a Senior Resident Engineer at O'Brien & Gere, where responsibilities included resident engineering for the construction of a 2-million gallon elevated water storage tank for the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, complemented by earlier studies at Penn State University.
