Stepan Ruzicka is a senior director with extensive experience in environmental and technical consultancy, emphasizing sustainable development, international finance, and climate change. They have overseen various business units and projects across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. With a focus on understanding stakeholder pressures, Stepan now leads Ramboll’s Global Sustainable Finance Team. Previously, they served as a senior consultant at Waterman Environmental from 1998 to 2003 and have been with Rambøll since 2003.
