Steve Saint

Steve Saint currently serves as the Director of Advisory Services at Ramboll since March 2024. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Technical Director and Head of Strategic Consultancy at AECOM from January 2015 to April 2024, leading a team of 40 professionals and managing various aspects of asset management and PPP contracts. Steve's experience includes serving as an Associate Director at both CH2M HILL and Halcrow, where responsibilities encompassed managing the DfT/HA Technical Advice Framework, negotiating PPP contract changes, and providing technical advisory services to transport bodies in the UK and Netherlands. Additionally, as a Road Safety Manager for Highways Agency Area 5, Steve contributed to road safety initiatives from 2002 to 2005. Steve holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Hons in Civil Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, attained between 1987 and 1992.
