Tom Bailey is a Senior Chief Engineer and Team Lead in Offshore Floating Wind at Ramboll. Previously, Tom served as a Senior Naval Architect at Orwell Offshore and as a Project Engineer at Red7Marine Offshore, where they contributed to subsea installation projects. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine and Composites Technology from the University of Plymouth and a Master of Science in Offshore Floating Systems from the University of Strathclyde.
