Torgrim Sandnes is an experienced Ingeniørgeolog currently working at Ramboll since October 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Implenia from August 2021 to October 2025 as Driftsleder Sjakt og Grunnarbeider and Prosjektingeniør/Geolog, where key projects involved overseeing rock extraction and the establishment of two shafts for the K2D Fornebubanen and work on the E39 Lyngdal Øst - Lyngdal Vest project. Earlier, Torgrim interned at Implenia in June 2020, focusing on upgrading a ferry service between Kristiansund and Smøla. Additionally, Torgrim served as a guide at Valldal Naturopplevingar AS from June 2011 to August 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Geology from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
