Vicky Ward

Vicky Ward is an experienced professional in sustainability and design integration, currently serving as Design Integration Manager at Ramboll since September 2025 and as Director at Equilibria Group Limited since October 2003, which Vicky founded to promote high standards in business sustainability while maintaining profit margins. Previous roles include Sustainability Specialist at Temple, where Vicky collaborated on major infrastructure projects, Sustainable Design Manager at Westfield, responsible for ensuring sustainability compliance for a large mixed-use development, and Corporate Environment Manager at Multiplex, focusing on improving environmental practices.
