Wouter Maas

Wouter Maas has over a decade of experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Wind Advisory NL/BE at Ramboll, where they lead a team dedicated to developing and designing wind farms globally. Previously, Wouter held various roles, including Strategy Director Offshore Wind O&M at Fugro and Head of System Design at Vattenfall, where they contributed to the transition toward fossil-free energy. Wouter also gained early experience as an Educational Tour Guide and Student Assistant at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen while pursuing a Master's in Energy and Environmental Science.
