Ben Buchanan

Ben Buchanan is a Senior Principal Digital Engineer at Rambus since March 2025, with extensive experience in digital design management. Prior to this role, Ben served as Director of Digital Design at Analog Devices from January 2023 to March 2025 and held the position of Senior Manager, Digital Design at Qorvo, Inc. from February 2021 to January 2023. Ben's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Texas Instruments, where responsibilities included Digital Design Manager and Site Manager from September 2011 until February 2021, following the acquisition of National Semiconductor, where Ben worked as a Senior Digital Design Engineer from March 1998 to September 2011. Ben holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Further education was pursued at the University of Oxford.
