Rex Ren

Rex Ren is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in analog design and engineering leadership. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Analog Engineering at Rambus since September 2022, Rex previously held the position of Director of Design Engineering at Renesas Electronics from March 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, Rex spent several years at IDT - Integrated Device Technology, Inc., where roles included Sr. Design Manager and Principal Engineer from October 2015 to March 2020. Rex co-founded Silicon Spread and held key positions at IDT, including Design Manager and Senior Analog Designer, from May 2004 to March 2012. Early career experience included working as an Analog Design Engineer at Realsil Microelectronics. Rex earned both MSEE and BSEE degrees in Electronic from Xi'an Jiaotong University, graduating in 2003 and 2000, respectively.
