Ryan Sefidfard

Ryan Sefidfard began their work experience in 2008 as a Public Affairs professional at the American Investment Council (AIC). Ryan then worked at OpenText from 2009 to 2014, where they focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. From 2014 to 2015, they were involved in Technology Investment Banking at Duff & Phelps. In 2015, Ryan joined TVC Capital as the Vice President. Ryan then moved on to SK Group in 2017, where they worked in Corporate Development M&A until 2020. Currently, Ryan holds the position of Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Rambus, starting in March 2020.

Ryan Sefidfard holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. Ryan also completed an Executive Education program in Mergers and Acquisitions from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Investment Banking through the Morgan Stanley Investment Banking Client Training Program.
