Stephen Bowyer

Stephen Bowyer is a seasoned Product Development Professional currently serving as Technical Director at Rambus, with a focus on mixed-signal and SoC products. They have leadership experience in IC design, overseeing integrated circuit products from conception to evaluation. Previously, Bowyer held key roles at Infineon Technologies, Qimonda, siXis, and Mitsubishi Semiconductor America, contributing to significant innovations in low power and graphics DRAM products.
