Moustafa Khallaf is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in network and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Infrastructure Section Head and Senior Network and Collaboration Engineer at Rameda Pharmaceuticals since February 2015. Moustafa oversees network operations for over 1,200 employees across more than 7 branches in Egypt, managing and configuring various Cisco network devices, including routers and switches. Prior roles include Network Engineer at Watheeqa Securities Brokerage Co, where Moustafa worked on Microsoft systems and VLAN configurations, and Network & System Engineer at Al-Kawthar School, focusing on computer maintenance and resource estimation. Moustafa began their career as an IT Specialist at Vantage Travel Agency, establishing computer and telephone networks. Moustafa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Thebes Academy.

A new Beginning In 2011, Compass Capital led a consortium of private equity investors for the acquisition of 100% of Rameda. Compass Capital plans to establish Rameda as a regional leader in the industry. To execute this strategy Rameda hired a new management team with a proven track record to complement the existing team. Company has commissioned M+W Group to transform solid dosage and beta lactam areas into GMP. Brining entire facility to compliance.
