Lance Blaskowski

Lance Blaskowski is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at RAMI (R.A. Miller Industries, Inc.) since November 2025, following a role as Market Development Manager at Rogers Corporation. Previously, Lance held key positions at Aethercomm in both RF Engineering Manager and Senior RF Engineer capacities, where significant contributions included designing multi-channel RF power amplifiers and leading teams to deliver complex projects under tight deadlines. With a strong background in RF engineering and project management, Lance has effectively collaborated with engineers and stakeholders across various organizations, including Northrop Grumman and the U.S. Marine Corps. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UC San Diego.
