Burak Kara is an undergraduate researcher at Boğaziçi Üniversitesi, with experience in characterizing hydrophobic intraocular fresnel lenses and developing algorithms for scintillator data analysis using C++ and CERN's ROOT Framework. In addition to research roles, Burak served as a student assistant for multiple physics laboratory courses, guiding students in experiments related to electromagnetism, optics, mechanics, waves, and thermodynamics. Burak is pursuing dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Mathematics at Boğaziçi University, expected to graduate in February 2025.
