Alejandro Schuster Benitez

Alejandro holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Law from the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus. Master in Private Law, he majored in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law, as well Obligations and Contracts. He attended seminars on Philosophy of Law and Legal Research.

Master in Public Law specializing in Constitutional Law and Amparo, by the same university.

Master in Law (LLM) with Specialization in Oral Litigation from the California Western School of Law, San Diego, California, USA.

Active member of the Mexican Bar Association. Member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) where he participates in the Jalisco Arbitration Committee. ABC Referee recognized by the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the National Chamber of Commerce.

Founding partner and practitioner at Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster, Abogados, where he leads the Litigation & Dispute Settlement practice team. Managing Partner of the Firm in the Veracruz office.
