Kurt Turley is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in construction management and civil engineering. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at Ramos CS since September 2021, Kurt has previously held the same title at Stantec from June 2020 to September 2021, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison between upper management and construction staff. Prior to this, Kurt functioned as Sr. Utility/ROW Manager at TEC Constructors and Engineers and held various roles at Stantec Consulting, including Senior Transportation Engineer. Additional experience includes work as a 3rd Party Manager at Flatiron Construction and a Design Engineer at RBF Consulting. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, obtained between 1996 and 2004.
