Neil Cocker

Neil Cocker is a prominent entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in the tech startup ecosystem. As Co-founder and Chair of Ramp, a British tech startup based in Sofia, Neil focuses on innovating event merchandise purchasing. Additionally, Neil co-founded Cardiff Start C.I.C., a community resource for Cardiff's tech startups, and has represented Cardiff at various prestigious venues, including 10 Downing Street and Buckingham Palace. As a consultant and mentor for startups, Neil emphasizes customer understanding and operational efficiency.
