Michael Saxon

COO at Ramp Network

Michael Saxon is currently the COO at Ramp Network. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director and Team Principal at Black & Gold Autonomous Racing from December 2019 to November 2021. There, they were responsible for leading the team of Purdue University and West Point in the Indy Autonomous Challenge, a $1,000,000 high-speed autonomous vehicle race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The team placed eighth of 39 teams at the inaugural race.

Saxon has also served as an Assistant Professor of Ethics and Business Ethics at the University of Indianapolis from August 2019 to May 2021. Michael was also a Senior Advisor at Alvarez & Marsal from December 2017 to June 2019. Prior to that, they were the President at Storm King Group from August 2017 to November 2021.

Saxon began their career as the Branch Director of Future Concepts Division (Joint and Army Concepts) at the Future Concepts Division (Joint and Army Concepts) from May 2007 to June 2011.

Michael Saxon has a Bachelor of Science in Literature and Philosophy from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Michael also has a Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy (Value Theory) from Indiana University Bloomington, as well as a Master of Arts in Philosophy (Value Theory) from Indiana University Bloomington. Michael has also received certification from the Command and General Staff College in Interorganizational Planning and Organizational Strategist.
