Aaron Perlstein is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, training, and performing arts. Currently serving as a Senior People Success Partner at Ramp, Aaron collaborates with leaders to enhance team effectiveness and organizational growth, while previously leading several HR initiatives, including immigration programs and employee compliance. Aaron's experience includes roles at Sanchez Street Studios, where a transition from contractors to employees was facilitated, and at Square, where impactful training programs were developed to improve employee onboarding and customer support standards.
