Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Sales at Ramp since September 2025, while also being an investor at Zulu Pods, Inc. since June 2021. Previously, from February 2017 to July 2025, Michael held multiple roles at MongoDB, including VP of North America for Enterprise Acquisition, where responsibilities included organizational planning and executing acquisition strategies. Additional significant positions include Regional Vice President and Regional Director at MongoDB, as well as roles at Fuze, EMC, Capitol Office Solutions, and earlier in mortgage consulting at institutions such as JPMorgan Chase and Residential Lending Corporation. Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Delaware.
