Sat Arora

Sat Arora is a software engineer intern currently working at Ramp on the Spend Management team, having previously served as a backend engineer intern on the product team and a software engineer intern on the Query Engine team at Snowflake. Prior experience includes developing a real-time device detection system at Matroid, enhancing the API for traffic detection devices at Miovision, and managing databases as an intern at the Ontario Ministry of Finance. In addition to internship roles, Sat held multiple leadership positions in the UW Computer Science Club, including President, where coordination of events and community initiatives was central, as well as roles in community representation, treasury management, and office management. Sat is pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, following education at Vincent Massey Secondary School.
