Ricardo Corrêa began their career in 2006 as an intern in marketing and creative at Strattus, a software reseller/distributor. During their time there, they managed the product catalog, which had thousands of foreign software to meet different corporate needs, and they helped transition the model from a physical product to a licensing model. In 2010, they became the Head of Marketing at Aurum Software, where they implemented an inbound marketing program that increased lead generation by 10x and structured an outbound prospecting process. In 2012, they joined a partner to start Siteina, a B2B marketing and sales consultancy. They focused on developing websites and eventually moved to recurring lead generation, content production, and digital channel management services. In 2016, they founded Ramper, a marketing and sales automation platform, to provide a more scalable and effective prospecting method.
