After 81 years as a family-owned media company, RamsayMedia joined the Caxton stable as an independent subsidiary in March 2014. Already a shareholder for several years, Caxton and CTP Printers and Publishers became outright owners of the highly regarded company, paving the way for the retirement of chairman Alan Ramsay at the age of 71.
