Brian Olson

Brian Olson is a dedicated public servant with a diverse background in production supervision and technical roles. Currently employed at Ramsey County since March 2025, Brian previously served as a laser technician at Preco for a brief period in early 2025. Significant experience as a production manager at Henry Repeating Arms and various supervisory positions at SMC Ltd, United Gear & Assembly, and Nolato Contour highlights a strong foundation in managing production processes, team building, and training. Earlier career stages included roles in production supervision at Polymer Technology Corp and Phillips-Medisize, culminating in extensive technical expertise gained as a CNC programmer and machinist at Schmit Prototypes. Brian holds a Wis LESB Certification in Law Enforcement from Chippewa Valley Technical College and training from the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Academy.
